At Development Initiative: Igniting Young Mind, our approach is grounded in equity, inclusion, and collaboration. We believe that real change in education begins with empowering those at the center of learning — children, teachers, and communities. Every intervention we design is context-responsive, evidence-informed, and sustainability-focused.
We place children and adolescents at the heart of everything we do. Our programs are designed to address diverse needs — across gender, socio-economic status, geography, and ability — ensuring no learner is left behind.
We work closely with government institutions, such as the Directorate of Public Instructions and Rajya Shiksha Kendra, to integrate our solutions within existing systems. This ensures scalability, ownership, and long-term impact
Whether it's developing training modules, facilitating workshops, or designing learning materials, we co-create with teachers, school leaders, and academic experts. Our approach builds local capacity while promoting innovation from within.
Through field visits, consultations, and feedback loops, we continuously learn from implementation. Our research, documentation, and analysis inform our programs and influence education planning at the state level.
From career guidance brochures to digital videos, we prioritize resources that are user-friendly, relevant, and accessible — even in remote or resource-constrained settings.
We believe real change is only possible when communities are informed, involved, and empowered. We engage parents, youth, and grassroots stakeholders through dialogue, mobilization, and participatory activities.
We are a Bhopal-based non-profit working to build an inclusive, child-friendly society through education, empowerment, and informed career pathways. Established in 2019, we partner with government bodies, communities, and development agencies to strengthen foundational learning, support adolescent transitions, and build capacities across the education ecosystem.
